By law we are not allow to accept returns on our wigs. There is no return on wigs.
The wearing of a wig is a personal item and is subjected to rules of hygienic standards. We cannot accept a worn wig.
Shipping Information:
Due to high wig orders, your wig will arrive within 3-5 business days deliver via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. All wig delivery require a signature. Delivery without signature will be return to us.
